The calculator considers the income of both parents, the child's living costs and number of children. The result is indicative — the final amount is decided by the court. As a starting point, alimony should typically cover 1/4 to 1/3 of the obligated parent's income.
The reserved share equals 1/2 of the statutory inheritance share (1/3 for minors or permanently incapacitated persons). The calculator computes the amount based on total estate value and number of entitled heirs. It does not apply to persons disinherited or declared unworthy of inheritance.
Notarial division — notary fee based on asset value (max. PLN 10,000 + VAT). Court division — PLN 1,000 (contested) or PLN 300 (agreed). The asset division calculator estimates costs depending on value and method chosen.
Contractual penalty = base amount × agreed percentage or daily rate. A court may reduce it (mitigation) if it is grossly excessive or the obligation was substantially performed. The calculator helps estimate the amount before sending a payment demand.
Third-party liability compensation covers property damage (repairs, lost income), damages for pain and suffering, and pension if the accident permanently limited work capacity. The calculator provides an initial estimate of the amount due.
For family matters — use the alimony or reserved share calculator. For contract and penalty issues — the contractual penalty calculator. Browse the topics above — each topic groups calculators by specific legal problem type.
