Answers to the most common questions about calculators in the topic Salary and employment forms.
From gross, subtract employee ZUS contributions (pension 9.76%, disability 1.5%, sickness 2.45%), income cost deduction (PLN 250 or 300) and advance income tax. The salary calculator does this automatically.
On top of gross pay, the employer pays approx. 20%: pension (9.76%), disability (6.5%), accident (~1.67%), Labour Fund (2.45%), FGSP (0.1%). The employment cost calculator shows the full burden.
On B2B you can deduct business costs, but pay ZUS and tax yourself. The B2B vs UoP calculator compares take-home pay under both forms — B2B usually becomes advantageous above a certain income level.
From the contract amount, subtract ZUS contributions (if no other insurance title), 20% income cost deduction and advance PIT. The mandate contract calculator shows the exact net amount.
