APR (Annual Percentage Rate / RRSO) is the total annual cost of a loan — including interest, fees, insurance and other charges. The lower the APR, the cheaper the loan. Always compare APR, not just the nominal interest rate.
The instalment depends on loan amount, term, interest rate, and instalment type (fixed or decreasing). Decreasing instalments cost less in total interest but start higher. The mortgage calculator shows the full repayment schedule and total cost.
It depends on your tax form: general rules — 9% of income; flat tax — 4.9% of income (min. PLN 314.10); lump-sum — a fixed amount based on one of 3 revenue tiers. The contribution calculator shows the exact figure.
Lump-sum tax is calculated on revenue (not profit), at a rate depending on business type: 2%, 3%, 5.5%, 8.5%, 10%, 12%, 12.5%, 15% or 17%. The calculator shows tax and ZUS contributions together.
Decreasing instalments mean lower total interest, but higher initial payments. Fixed instalments give a stable monthly budget. The loan calculator lets you compare both options and see the cost difference side by side.
Overpayment shortens the loan term or reduces your instalment — both reduce total cost. The overpayment calculator shows how much you save and how your schedule or instalments change.
