Dlaczego przy kredycie nie ma wartości mieszkania na koniec?

How does the calculator work?

Compares total outlays over the chosen period: rent (leasing) vs loan repayments (buying). The difference shows how much more or less you pay with a loan than with renting. What does the calculator compare?: Total spending on rent (rent × number of months) and total loan payments over the chosen period. The difference shows how much more or less you pay with a loan than with renting. It does not include rent increases or property value at the end.
Does the calculator include rent increases?: No. It assumes a constant rent over the period. In practice rent may rise (e.g. indexation), which increases total rental cost. The result is indicative.
Why is there no property value at the end for the loan?: The calculator only counts flows (payments). With a loan, after repayment you own the property (value at end); with renting you do not. The rent vs buy decision also depends on that value and transaction costs — the calculator does not assess that.
